Fees

We are able to offer grant funded placements for all 4 year old children and for 3 year old children from the start of their funding period. This funding period commences on the term after their 3rd birthday. You can work out when your child's funding period will start by looking at the table below.

The number of grant funded hours your child will receive is allocated by Somerset County Council. It should nominally provide your child with 15 hours of child care per term-time week. At Chedzoy Pre School we do not charge for any sessions until you have used all of your allocated funded hours. Therefore you will need to notify us if you are planning to use some or all of your funding at an alternative childcare setting so that we can invoice accordingly.

For non grant funded session the fees are £3.20 per hour payable monthly approximately 2 weeks in arrears / 2 weeks in advance. The invoice and payment dates are spread through the year to fit in around the school holidays.

A non-attendance fee of £3.20 per hour is charged for booked sessions. (Includes attendance missed due to holiday / illness). For full terms and conditions please speak to the Pre School Treasurer or Pre School Leader.

Our toddler sessions are only £2 per family per session.

Fees are reviewed periodically.
